1. Digital Products & Online Programs

Jhakshlife.com primarily offers digital products and services including:

  • Online fitness classes

  • Diet and nutrition plans

  • Personalized coaching programs

  • Digital wellness programs

Since these are digital and non-tangible services, all sales are final once access has been granted.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage

  • Personal schedule conflicts

  • Failure to achieve desired results

2. Personalized Coaching & Custom Plans

All customized diet plans, transformation programs, and one-on-one coaching services are specially prepared based on individual client information.

Due to the personalized nature of these services:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

  • No returns or cancellations are allowed after the plan has been shared.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)

If Jhakshlife.com sells physical products in the future:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

  • Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned product.

Opened or used health products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

4. Subscription Services

For recurring subscription plans:

  • You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

  • No partial refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period.

  • Cancellation will stop future charges but does not refund past payments.

5. Refunds in Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • Duplicate payment

  • Payment deducted but service not provided

  • Technical error or billing mistake from our side

You must contact us within 7 days of the transaction with valid proof.

6. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
